1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for State.

3. It is submitted that R.W. Division is forcibly constructing the road over private plot of the Petitioner, i.e. Plots No.855 and 855/2518. It is further submitted that in this regard the representation of Petitioner is pending before the Tahasildar.

4. at Annexure-4 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by Opposite Party No.4, status-quo as on date in respect of nature and character of Plots No.855 and 855/2518 in Khata No.71/01 of Mouza-Kolha shall be maintained by all parties.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
