1. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.K.Dash, learned AGA for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of his service against the 1st post of Lecturer in Economics in Kalinga Degree College, Manada in the district of Mayurbhanj and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that his claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-6 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-6, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
