1. This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Champua PS Case No.66 of 2026 corresponding to GR Case No.116 of 2026 pending in the file of learned SDJM, Champua, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.318(4)/317(2)/61(2)/336(3)/340/3(5) of BNS r/w Sections 66(C)/66(D) of IT Act, on the main allegation of illegally transferring money to different accounts for the purpose of committing Online financial fraud.

2. Heard, Mr. Partha Sarathi Das, learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Mithun Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.B. Mishra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record.

3. After having considered the rival submissions upon perusal of record, no doubt the main allegation appearing against the petitioner is for committing cyber fraud of Rs.6.54 Lakhs, but the petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2026 and in the meantime, charge-sheet has already been submitted. Further, four co-accused persons have already been granted bail. In the aforesaid facts and situation and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-a-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the inherent right of the accused-petitioner to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial, this Court without expressing any view on merit admits the petitioner to bail.

4. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands allowed and the petitioner is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) only with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions except cash surety as deem fit and proper by it.

5. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court, who shall afterwards communicate the same to the concerned Jail through e- mail for reference.
