1. Heard Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted that Petitioners are the shop owners at Ward No.19, Pattamundai, Kendrapara. Their grievance is that the Municipal authorities are constructing a RCC Wall in front of their shop rooms causing hindrance for the customers of their shops. In this regard their representation is pending before the authority.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Collector, Kendrapara (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-4 by giving them an opportunity of hearing and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
