07. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call.
3. Learned Counsel for the State-Opposite Party No.1 so also Mr. Moharana, learned Proxy Counsel, on behalf of Mr. Das, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 are present.
4. Learned Counsel for the State submits, since the issue is regarding disqualification of Sarpanch, Solaguda GP, which is of the year 2015, by efflux of time, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.
5. However, as the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call, the writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
