2. Learned State Counsel files copy of the order passed by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass Education Department rejecting the representation of the petitioner on merits.

Since the direction of this Court was for consideration of the representation, which has since been disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt application, which is therefore, dropped. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the rejection of his representation, he may seek appropriate legal remedy.
