1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
3. The petitioner has preferred Mutation Appeal Case No.2 of 2022 before the Sub-Collector, Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.2). In the present Writ Petition, she seeks a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of the Mutation Appeal Case.
4. Considering the innocuous prayer, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Collector, Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.2) to dispose of the above referred Mutation Appeal Case as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
