ORDER

10.09.2026 Order No. 01

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. Since the impugned order is an appealable one, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in course of hearing, prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to move the Appellate Authority.

4. However, since it is contended that delay has occurred in filing the appeal, it is observed that if any such appeal will be filed within a period of three (3) weeks hence, the Appellate Authority shall entertain the appeal and decide the issue on merit without insisting on any delay.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY) Judge
