01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Case No. CS/106363/21 vide Notice No.346/MR dated 05.04.2022 of Superintendent of Police, Dhenkanal, pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate 3rd Court, Calcutta for commission of offence under Section 25 Payment and Settlements Systems Act, 2007.

3. This is an application seeking transit anticipatory bail.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and the recitals in the ABLAPL, it is directed that the Petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station on or before 28.09.2026 in connection with aforementioned case or move the jurisdictional Courts seeking appropriate remedy.

5. Till 28.09.2026, the Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in connection with the aforementioned case.

6. In the event the Petitioner fails to appear and/or subject to any other order passed by Court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be open for the Investigating Agency to proceed in accordance with law.

7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
