1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.799 of 2026 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, Bolangir, arising out of Patnagarh P.S. Case No.201 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 296, 85, 82, 109(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 4 of the DP Act.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

4. Taking into account the nature of allegations and that the husband, in the meanwhile, has been released on bail, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
5. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
6. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
