1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this CMP.
4. In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this CMP is dismissed as withdrawn subject to deposit of Rs.500/- as cost. The said amount shall be deposited with the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund for the purpose of utilizing the said amount for purchasing books for the Bar library.
