1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. None appeared for the Petitioner in spite of revised call.
3. The matter relates to discharge of the Petitioner while continuing as a Home Guard so upheld in Appeal vide the impugned order under Annexure-1.
4. Since from the cause title, it is found that Petitioner has already attained the age of 58 years, it is the view of this Court that no relief can be extended in favour of the Petitioner.
5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
