1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Partha Sarathi Das, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Criminal Appeal by praying to grant liberty to the appellant to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of the victim.
3. Accordingly, the present CRLA stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
