1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. When it is brought to the notice of the Court that the appellant is having two criminal antecedents including one case of U/S. 302 of IPC which has not been disclosed in the CRLA, at this stage Mr. Biraja Prasanna Das, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present CRLA by praying to grant liberty to the appellant to move before the leaned trial Court afresh.
3. Accordingly, the present CRLA stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
