1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Manoj Kumar Pati, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present CRLA by praying to grant liberty to the appellant to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial Court, if the trial is not concluded within two months hence.
3. Accordingly, the present CRLA stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial Court, if the trial is not concluded within two months hence and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is, hereby, requested to impress upon the Forensic Laboratory to supply the MO & Chemical Examination Report immediately to the learned trial Court. A copy of this order be immediately communicated to the learned trial Court.
A free copy of this order be immediately supplied to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for compliance.
