1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Muduli, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for State.
3. It is submitted that the Petitioner while working as Lecturer in Chemistry in Salipur Autonomous College has been placed under suspension on 6th August 2002 and till date he is continuing under suspension. It is submitted that his representation in this regard is pending with the authority.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-9, in accordance with Digitally Signed Signed by: SANGRAM DAS Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 09-Sep-2026 17:22:09 Signature Not Verified law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
