1. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties with reference to the complaint i.e. Annexure-1 and since it is alleged therein that the accused committed the mischief and managed to sell the property owned by the petitioner and that there has been no action followed even after intimation given to opposite party No.2, this Court is inclined to direct opposite party No.3 to examine the same and verify the claims of the petitioner and thereafter, to take appropriate action in accordance with law and if any cognizable offence alleged to have been committed, to register the same as FIR forthwith and accordingly, it is ordered.
2. Consequently, the CRLMP stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid for compliance by opposite party No.3 at the earliest preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
