1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. When it is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner is having 66 criminal antecedents, the details of which has not been disclosed in the bail application, at this stage, Mr. Bibhuti Ranjan Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of the material witnesses.
3. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
