1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Pravasha Pujaree Parida, learned counsel appearing virtually for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present CRLA by praying to grant liberty to the appellant to file better application with better particulars by disclosing the details of his criminal antecedents.
