1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Considering the submission of Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that claim of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment delivered by this Court so reported in 2015(I) OLR 347 and the submission of the learned Sr. Counsel appearing for Opp. Party No.2- WALMI that Petitioner is not similarly situated, learned Sr. Counsel is directed to produce the order of engagement issued in favour of the Petitioners in the aforesaid reported decision and so also the order of engagement issued in favour of Sri Kulamani Behera, who has been regularised vide order dtd.22.02.2021 under Annexure-8 series.
