1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Ms. Kar, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms. Padhi, learned ASC for the State.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that their claim for extension of service benefits to their employees by treating the institution as an aided educational institution under the Grant-in-aid order 1994 with effect from 1st June, 1998, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
4. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that their representation under Annexure-2 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioners, with a direction to the Director of Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-2, in accordance with law and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
6. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
