1. Heard. After an elaborate hearing and recording the submission of Mr. Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Panda, learned ASC for the State, this Court finds no merit in the revision, hence liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the same and accordingly, it is ordered. Consequently, the revision is dismissed as being withdrawn.
