1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that he has received no instruction from his client. However, liberty be granted to revive the same by filing appropriate application within a period of four (4) weeks from today, if any cause of action still subsists.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of no instruction.
