09.09.2026 Order No. 02

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to move the concerned authority to get the benefit of re-engagement as it is fairly contended that after rejection of the Petitioner’s claim to get the benefit of regularisation, they are not allowed to discharge their duty.

4. Learned counsels appearing for the Opp. Parties have no serious objection to the course of action proposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

5. Considering the submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
