ORDER

08.09.2026

02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard.

3. Since it is not disputed that the Opp. Party-Bank is under liquidation, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, permits the Petitioner to move the Liquidator for consideration of his grievance as raised in the Writ Petition.

4. Since it is contended that against an order passed by this Court, wherein a direction was issued to the Opposite Party CARD-Bank to release the salary as due and admissible and a writ appeal is pending at the instance of the Petitioner therein, it is observed that the Liquidator shall take into consideration, the order to be passed in the Writ Appeal, if any.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
