1. Heard Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is the Headmaster-in-charge-cum-Secretary of Panchayat High School, Boirgaon, Nuapada, that he has claimed for release of salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994 to the employees of the institution, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
