02. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.403 of 2026 pending on the file of learned NGN-cum-J.M.F.C, Rajnagar arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No.262 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 296/318(4)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 25(1) of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that in the meanwhile the Investigating Agency has taken recourse to the provisions as contained in Section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023.
4. The Informant, who is present in Court, alleges that the Petitioners are threatening her with dire consequences.
5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the State, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
However, liberty is granted to the Informant to seek redress in accordance with law.
