1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Dash, learned AGA for State
3. It is submitted that the Petitioner, who is serving as Ex-Cadre Asst. Teacher has passed the OTET on 12th February 2026. But her annual increment is not being granted and her representation in this regard is pending with the authority.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director of Elementary Education, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per her representation at Annexure-6, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
