1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief:- “Under the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble High Court be graciously pleased to allow this writ application by directing the State Education Tribunal to dispose of the pending Execution Case No.32/2018 arising out of GIA Case No.607/2011 by executing the same, so as to enable the staff of the school in question to receive all the entitled benefits in compliance of the judgment of the Education Tribunal, within a stipulated time in terms of Periyammal (Dead) Through Legal representatives and Others -Vrs- V. Rajamani and Another reported in (2025) 9 see 568 relevant Para-75 (42.12).”

Upon hearing the learned counsels from both the sides, it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition finally directing the State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.4) to hear and dispose of the Execution Case No.32 of 2018 of the Petitioner pending before it within an outer limit of five months and report compliance to the Registrar General of

this Court, failing which, it is open to the Petitioner to move this Court. All contentions are kept open.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
