1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for State and Mr. Haque on behalf of Mr. S.S.Rao, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.3.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that her representation is pending before Opposite Party No.3 and a direction to consider the same would serve the purpose.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Secretary-cum-Controller of Examination, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.3) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per her representation at Annexure-8, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
