1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that his application for certified copy is pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (Cog. Taking), Khurda.
4. Considering such limited prayer of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Registrar, Civil Court, Khurda (O.P.No.2) to take steps in accordance with law on the copy application of the Petitioner dated 17th June 2026 at Annexure-1 series, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
