1. Heard Mr. D.N. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are the managing committee and teaching and non-teaching staff of Sudarsan Padhi High School, Chainpur in the district of Jajpur that their claim for approval of service and release of salary components as per Grant- in-aid Order, 1994, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation under Annexure-5 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
