This CMP has been filed with a prayer to set aside the 31.10.2016 passed by the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Rourkela in FAO No. 9 of 2016 (Annexure-1), setting aside the order dated 11.05.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rourkela in I.A. No. 14 of 2016 arising out of Civil Suit No. 39 of 2016 (Annexure-2) and allowing the injunction application of the Opposite Party filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the CPC and directing the Petitioner No. 1 not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the plaintiff till disposal of the suit and with the further direction by way of interlocutory mandatory injunction for immediate reconnection of electric connection of the suit rooms.
