1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Bhabani Shankar Dasparida, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present CRLA by praying to grant liberty to the appellants to renew their prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of Prem Sunami.
3. Accordingly, the present CRLA stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
