1. Heard Mr. K.C. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned ASC for State – opposite parties.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner is serving as the Headmaster of NUPS Primary School, Rajkel under Gudvela Block in the district of Balangir and his representation for posting him at a school nearby to his house is pending consideration with the authority.
3. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the District Education Officer (DEO), Balangir (O.P. No.4) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-2 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued on proper application.
