1. Heard Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for Opposite Party.
2. In course of hearing, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to change the nomenclature of the writ petition as CMP, keeping in view the ratio decided in judgment dated 10th March 2026, passed in W.A.No.237 of 2026.
3. The prayer is allowed. The Petitioner and Registry are directed to take steps for changing the nomenclature as CMP.
4. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the listing of the CMP.
