1. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of his service against the 2nd post of Lecturer in History in Biju Pattnaik Degree College of Science and Education, Jayadev Vihar, Bhubaneswar and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that his claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-6 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-6, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
