1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners contended that he has received no instruction from his clients. However, liberty is granted to file a fresh petition, if any cause of action still subsists.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of no instruction with the aforesaid liberty.
