1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.
2. Learned State Counsel, on instruction, submits that in the case at hand, the role ascribed to the Petitioners is not being investigated and hence, the apprehension of the Petitioners of arrest is without any basis.
3. Considering the same, the ABLAPL stands disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to renew their prayer, if there is any fresh cause of action.
4. The interim order passed earlier shall stand vacated.
