1. Heard Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are teaching and non-teaching staff of Panchayat Samiti Higher Secondary School, Deogaon in the district of Bolangir, that their claim for release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994 is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioners, with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.3) to Digitally Signed Signed by: MANAS KUMAR PANDA Reason: Authentication Location: OHC, Cuttack Date: 03-Sep-2026 16:28:41 Signature Not Verified consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-3, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
