1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by passing a speaking and reasoned order. A copy of such order be provided to the Petitioner.
3. In the event the Petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid order, it is open to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the said order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the CONTC is dropped.
