03.09.2026 Order No. 02
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.S. Rao, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Appellant, Mr. G.M. Rath, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 and Mr. S.K. Patnaik, learned counsel who entered appearance by filing Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in Court. The Vakalatnama so filed be kept in record.
3. In course of hearing it is fairly contended in the Bar that against the impugned order, appeal lies to the learned District Judge, Ganjam at Berhampur.
4. In view of such submission, the appeal stands disposed of by giving liberty to the Appellant to move the learned District Judge, Ganjam at Berhampur.
5. With the aforesaid liberty, the appeal stands disposed of.
