1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to move appropriate forum as admittedly, the complaint filed by the Petitioner against wrong billing was dismissed by the learned District Consumer forum, Balasore in CC Case No.94 of 2023 vide judgment dtd.24.09.2024.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
