1. Heard Mr. A.C. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner has prayed for his reinstatement as Lecturer in Chemistry and his representation in this regard is pending with the authority.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the President of Governing Body of Bahugram +3 Degree College, Bahadulapatna, Cuttack (O.P. No.4) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-4 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
