1. Heard Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who was serving as Lecturer in Education (1st post) in Baruneswar Mohavidyalaya, Arei in the district of Jajpur that, her claim for release of her salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that her representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioner, with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider Digitally Signed Signed by: MANAS KUMAR PANDA Reason: Authentication Location: OHC, Cuttack Date: 03-Sep-2026 16:28:41 Signature Not Verified the grievance of the Petitioner as per her representation at Annexure- 3, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
