1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Learned counsel for the Contemnor produces a copy of order dated 03.09.2026 passed by the EIC, Warter Resources, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
3. On perusal of the said order, it appears that the Petitioner has been allowed grade pay of Rs.6600/- under the P.B-3 as 3rd financial upgradation under RACP scheme which is subject to final outcome of similar writ appeals/ SLPs filed by the State.
4. In view of the aforesaid development, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt application.
5. A copy of letter dated 03.09.2026 be served on learned counsel

6. Accordingly, the CONTC stands dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the same in the event the cause of action still survives. .
