1. Heard Mr. S.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State- Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are the teaching and non-teaching staff of Gorumahisani Iron Higher Secondary School, Gorumahisani, Mayurbhanj, that they have claimed for release of their salary components as per Grant-in- Aid Order, 1994, which is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
4. Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-3, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
