05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has received no instruction from his client.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of no instruction. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to revive the Writ Petition by filing appropriate application within a period of four weeks from today.
