1. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of his service against the 1st post of Lecturer in Odia in Pindikesh Anchalika +3 College, Baulasahi in the district of Nayagarh and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that his claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-7 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioner, with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider Digitally Signed Signed by: MANAS KUMAR PANDA Reason: Authentication Location: OHC, Cuttack Date: 03-Sep-2026 16:28:41 Signature Not Verified the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-7, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
