ORDER

03.09.2026 Order No.

13.

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Although the present appeal was filed in the year 2007, the certified copy of the impugned judgment was not filed along with the appeal memo. Thereafter, the matter was listed before the Permanent and Continuous Lok Adalat on several occasions; however, none appeared on behalf of the Appellants. Today, when the matter is called, none appears for the parties.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the view that the Appellants have lost interest in pursuing the present appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution, with liberty to the Appellants to seek revival of the same, in the event the Appellants still intend to pursue the appeal.
